Site Amenities Return Policy

SRP Site Amenities is a manufacturer of steel outdoor furniture, located in Oklahoma. As such, many of our products are made when ordered and considered custom in nature. These items are often based on a customer’s design style, budget, and color.

Because of the high customization of our brands, the first step of returning a product is to contact our Customer Care representatives at (866) 423.3343 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). SRP will not be held responsible, nor accept any returned items without this authorization and any shipping costs charged for unauthorized return shipments will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns must be in their original packaging, be in new condition, and include all manufacturer and installation documents.
